Still Enjoy Your Whipped Cream with Our Sugar Free Cool Whip
Whipped cream is usually a crowd favorite but it is definitely not a favorite for our waist lines! I can help with an amazing sugar free cool whip recipe. I can hear you saying it, BUT IT’S SOO GOOD with the sugar! Yes, but what’s really hurts us is all that sugar!
This sugar free cool whip is great to pair with healthy things too! It’s not just for pie and ice cream. Throw some carb free whipped cream on a bowl full of mixed berries and you have an amazingly tasty snack (I know, it’s one of my favorites!)
Are you a big fan of ice cream? A good hint I’ve found (as an ice cream lover) is to keep your mixed berries frozen, top them with some of this sugar free cool whip cream and it is cold and icey, like ice cream. Definitely satisfies the craving.

Make Your “Treats” Healthy – Carb Free Whipped Cream
I have always had a sweet tooth (okay, maybe a mouth off of sweet teeth). I’m actually surprised with the amount of sugar I intake that I have not been told I’m diabetic.
As I have went along in my healthy living journey, I’ve learned that sugar may be sweet but it is not sweet for your body. It does a number of very bad things to your body. Check out my post on breaking sugar addiction to see how hard it is to kick the sugar habit and how great it feels when you do!
Are You On a Keto Journey? This is a keto whipped cream too!
I have attempted the whole keto craze as well. For me, it is not right – because I jog and weight lift I need the carbs to help build muscle and actually have the energy for my work outs.
But, I’m not saying NOT to do a keto diet – you do you! I am personally not a fan of the concept but it works for some.
The main goal of keto is practically no carbs, and one of the biggest carbs is SUGAR – so this sugar free cool whip is keto approved too!

Sugar Free Cool Whip Recipe – Let’s Get Whipping!
This sugar free cool whip recipe is super easy to make and takes three ingredients.
- Whipping Cream (or heavy cream, same thing)
- Vanilla Extract
- Stevia (or sweetener of your choice – Swerve, Splenda, Erythritol)
The ratio for this is 1:1:1 or 2:2:2 depending how much you want to make. The stevia can also be to taste, so add a little bit at a time and stop when you find it tastes the way you like it.
Let’s get started!
This carb free whipped cream will take you about 1 minute to make – LITERALLY! Ready for this?
- Put your cream in a bowl.
- Grab your electric beater and beat the cream for about 30 seconds.
- Add in your vanilla and stevia.
- Beat the mixture for about another 10-20 seconds (or until you like the consistency).
Yep! That’s it! Now grab some frozen mixed berries, or some fresh cut up fruit to dip in it. Enjoy!

Spice Up Your Keto Whipped Cream!
This is not the end of this sugar free cool whip! You can still add more to it.
I personally love cinnamon, in everything, so I threw it in to my whipped cream. VERY GOOD! You would add about a tablespoon – but again this is all to taste.
Some other great ideas to add some pizzazz to your keto whipped cream:
- maple extract
- nutmeg
- anise extract or spices
- food coloring (doesn’t change the taste, but makes it look cool)
- ginger
There are so many possibilities! Amazon even has fruit flavors like apple, blueberry, cherry, grape, lemon, orange, pear, raspberry, strawberry, and watermelon.
