My family LOVES shepherds pie. I made an army sized batch for my brother-in-law’s bachelor camping trip and I was told they were fighting over it!
I was never a fan of shepherds pie when I was a kid, mainly because I hate creamed corn. Well, fast forward to my adult days, my hubby showed me his way of making it and I’m hooked! And the great thing about this shepherds pie recipe is that it is super easy, and makes great left overs.
Ingredients & Supplies for This Yummy Shepherds Pie Recipe
- Ground beef
- Onions
- Mushrooms
- Can of Corn
- Cottage Cheese
- Potatoes
- Milk
- Butter
- Salt, pepper and spices
You will also need a big pot, a frying pan, strainer, spatula, spoon and aluminum foil pans (or a glass casserole dish).
