  • Onions
  • Mushrooms
  • Can of Corn
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Potatoes
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Peel and chop your potatoes. Add them to your pot with boiling water and cook until tender.
  3. Chop your onions and mushrooms (the amount is proportional to the amount of beef you are cooking)
  4. Spice your ground beef (as you desire)
  5. In your frying pan, cook your ground beef until almost fully cooked. Drain the beef with a strainer.
  6. Add in your onions, and mushrooms. Let this simmer on low until the onions are translucent.
  7. Add in your tub of cottage cheese. Leave this sit on low.
  8. Once the potatoes are cooked, mash them. This method is to taste, I usually add butter, salt, and a dash of milk.
  9. Take your aluminum foil pan, layer on the meat mixture. This should take up about half the pan's depth.
  10. Add your can of corn (no need to pre-cook) evenly on top of the meat.
  11. Layer your mashed potatoes on top of the corn using a spoon. Spread it evenly. You can add some garnish to the top, like seasoning salt or chives.
  12. Place your pan in the oven for 15 minutes.
